Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Introduction Welcome to YenX Technologies Pvt Ltd. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from our website “www.yenxtech.in”, and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.

2. Returns If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:

• You can return items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Items must be in original condition, and must be returned in the original product packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items Please note that some items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Clearance items or items on sale.

• Items that have been used or altered.

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

5. Shipping To return the item you purchased, please mail it to: “yenxtech@gmail.com”. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
